A Long Day Complete

I have been up since 6am and I got done fencing a little bit before 3pm. I did ok today, but I know that I could have done alot better. There was one bout against Wayne State and Notre Dame that I should have won. I also lost one against Lawerance that I should not have lost at all, but is life. I almost beat Kelly Hurlly. I was behind 3-4, and that I got a single light and tied it at 4-4. Had I just wanted a little bit more, I think I would have beaten her, but there is always the Midwest Championship that I can have a rematch with her. My overall record was 14-6. They were all varsity bouts so they all mattered. I mean I can't really complain about that record because that is a better starting record than last year. The guys fence tomorrow so hopefully they do well

Anywho, I have a really bad headache. I really wish that I had some excedrin to take or somthing, but I don't. I guess I will just get some from my mom when I go out to dinner with my parents. Everyone is going to dinner at 6, so I told my parents to pick me up and we are going to go to dinner. Where I don't know, but we can't go to a real fancy place because I don't have any nice clothes. All I have to ware is sweats and my warm ups. I didn't even think to bring an outfit to go out.....oh well.

So I have a ton of homeowork to do. I need to get a little bit more done on my history paper that is due on the 25th, and I have alot of reading for my textiles class. I have a quiz in there so I really need to get the reading and studying done. Hopefully tomorrow since I'm not fencing I will be able to get some homework done. I mean I want to cheer for the guys, but at the same time my homework is more important. I have decided to do my history paper on the Columbine High School shooting. We have to pick a historical event in our life time and write about how it has changed america. My professor was kind of leaning away from 911 because everyone is going to be doing it. Also the war that is going on....everyone is going to be doing that. If anyone has any other ideas of what I should write about speak now or forever hold your peace. The other events that I have thought about were Okalahoma city boming,Atlanta City olympic boming, Katrina...and I don't think I thought of anything else.

Well I should probably start to work on my homework because I'm using my mom's laptop and she needs to take it back with her tomorrow when my mom and dad leave to drive back to chicago...so until next time....ttyl
