I'm a bad blogger...i know, but here is what is new

Ok, so I know it's been awhile and as Kristin has told me many times..."i'm a horrible blogger" and i'm not going to deny it. So here is what's new.

School has started and it's just been busy as hell. Fencing still takes over my life every week, but the only way to get better is to keep fencing. My classes are going good. I had a psychology midterm last week and I only got a D+. The thing that pisses me off is that I really studied for it. Granted, I had lost my notebook with all of my sloppy notes that I was in the process of recopying...So I only had like three or four pages of the notes that were actually already done in the other notebook. See, I lost my notebook in a sense. I had left it next to my seat because after our quiz on that wednesday I left becasue Micki's dad went into the hospital. When Micki and I went to go and study at younkin I was like SHIT!!!...and I realized that I had left my notebook in my classroom. The good part to this story is that the guy that I was sitting next to picked it up. The bad part is, is that I didn't get my notebook back until the following monday so I only had two days to recopy my notes and study them. I think had I not lost my notebook temporarly and was able to study all weekend, I would have done better. What's even funnier(if that's a word) is that the second time I took the practice midterm, that is the score I got on the actual midterm. I'm still pissed about it, but I know that I just need to work harder and study more for for the next midterm and not loose my notebook...I think that will help alot.

One other thing that I need to rant about psyc is the stupid experiments. I had looked in the beginning and most of the experiments you to of been contacted for from when you filled out some rep forms on the first day. So I didn't think they would post anymore for awhile. I was looking last night and there was this one where you had to haver perfect vision or corrected vision. I had e-mailed the guy and told him I had glasses and if that would matter. He said that would be ok. Take in mind, I got this e-mail around 9:30 when I got home from class. When I went to go and sign up for it, it wasn't there anymore because it was filled. Then there was another one that I was checking the date on the calander and the times and when I went to click on enroll it filled up. No joke...I took no longer than 30seconds. Then after practice there was another one that would have been at 12:30 or 12. I was debating because I would miss some practice. Again...no more than 30seconds, both were gone. So now I'm constantly checking ofr new experiments becasuse I really need to start to do some. So enough about that...

The other day I cleaned most of my apartment and it has actually been staying quite clean.
So far no ones mess has stayed on the floor, and the dishes have been getting put in the dishwasher. Maybe this is a start to a clean apartment....who knows.

So last night we brought our kitten over becasue she was going to get all four of her claws declawed(tear). I had brought her out in the living room and put her down on the floor. She started to walk towards the bunny cage and when she got close enough the bunny jumped sideways halfway up her cage and went around in circles....this then for scared the crap out of the cat and she went sprinting into my room. Her tail was no joke like two inches wide from her hair. I felt soooo bad. She was scared for awhile and wouldn't come out. Eventually she came out but remaind causious the rest of the night but she stayed in my room. She actually slept with us last night which was nice because when we first got her she always slept with us until she went to Mick's parents house. This morning was sad when I had to take her to the vet because she was going under the knife to get her claws removed....I hope everything is going ok. She will get to come home on thrusday. Normally she would be able to come home tomorrow but since she is getting all four claws removed, they have to keep her an extra day. Then she is staying at our place until sunday because Micki's parents just spent like $6,000 on new furniture and they don't want to get blood or anything on the new stuff. So just for the few days after while she heals she will be at my place. I still feel bad about making her go through this process, but it will be worth it. Micki's parents or rather her dad said "you know the cat is coming with us to Arizona when we move".....So until next august Micki has time to find an apartment that can have cats so we can keep our leah. I'm sure you have heard enough about the cat.

As far as fecning goes, I have found out that my C03 is good until next august07. So I have decided to start fencing some NAC. I'm going to fencing in the one in Richmond VA in december and then the one that is in C-bus in January. Depending on how well I do, hopefully I can renew my c.....because I don't want it to go to a D07.

The last exciting bit of news is that we are trying out digital cable and dvr for one month free. Time Warner came the other day and they are doing a specail promotion. After the first free month we can decide of we want to keep it. If we do, we can the first 3 months for $83, and after that the first year will be $86, which is actually a good deal. Normally it would cost $108 to get the digital cable, dvr, and internet. So I think that is about it for now. I will do my best to strart to post more often.....until next time....ttyl
