Glad to be home...

I'm glad to be back in Columbus after a long weekend in Notre Dame in a freezing ice rink. I just couldn't stay warm. So I got back around 10pm last night to 3-4inches of snow....You have no idea how happy I am to have snow. Even if it doesn't snow any more I'm happy that we had a little bit of snow.

So today I had a quiz in my one textiles class. I was getting a little bit worried this weekend because I felt like I didn't get enough studying done for it. I got up this morning around 7am to look over my notes and to look over the old quizes which was helpful. I still had to go to the actual class because my professor lectures for the first part of the class and then we took the quiz in the second half. So at the break around 9:30am I had to bike my way over to ODS to take my quiz. I think I did ok on it. There were 28 questions worth 2 points a piece, but the quiz was only worth 55 points. So in reality we get one extra credit point. There were only four questions that I had a problem with out of the 28 which for me is not that bad. My luck I am going to jynks(sp) myself....oh well. I was talking to a girl in my other textile class that had taken the 371 course last quarter and she was saying that she would always think that she would do well on the quizes but she would always get B's, but never A's. My professor posts old quizes and from what I could tell they were almost the same questions. But the girl said they may seem the same, but Dr. Jakes always tweeks the questions just a little bit so that they are not the same. Hopefully she posts the grades sooner than later and I will get to find out my grade.

Micki's dad had to go back in to surgery today. He is getting a stint(sp) for his liver taken out and two more put in. When I called Micki after my 1:30 class he still hadden't had surgery. Hopefully everything goes ok. I think it will. I'm going to go shortly to get some food from market place because my tummy is quite hungry because I haven't had lunch yet. After my 8:30 class on my way out from ODS I got a dounut, a brownie, chips, and a drink. I ate evertyhing execpt for the brownie because I was going to save it for my 1:30 class. It was good at the time that I ate the brownie, but my tummy is now really really hungry.....If the line is not long I think I am going to get a number one....and yes Kristin, I still have like 70 or 80 something swipes so don't worry....I will have some left for when you come to visit.

Well I think that is about it for now. I have to give myself props for how much I have been posting lately. I have actually found time to post and I'm not forgetting about my blog. I think that is what has been happening the the past...I forget about the blog. Well off to feed the tummy, so until next time....ttyl!
